We have advised Erhvervsinvest, a Danish private equity firm, on the sale of Epoke A/S (Epoke), a leading winter road maintenance equipment provider, to the Swedish industrial group Lagercrantz Group.  

Founded in the 1930s, Epoke has evolved into a market leader in winter road maintenance equipment, with a strong focus on technological advancement and environmental sustainability. Headquartered in South Jutland, Denmark, the company generates annual revenues of approximately €32.2m (DKK 240 million) and maintains a strong profitability profile. 

Lagercrantz Group is a tech-oriented group offering world-leading, value-creating technology and consists of approximately 70 companies, each focused on a specific sub-market. 

The transaction represents a significant milestone for Epoke, as it becomes part of a strong international group well-positioned to support its continued growth and innovation. With this acquisition, Lagercrantz takes full ownership of Epoke, integrating the company into its Division International. The new partnership will leverage Epoke’s niche market leadership and best-in-class solutions, enabling further expansion in both Denmark and key international markets. The transaction aligns with a shared strategic vision to scale the business while preserving Epoke’s core strengths and legacy.
