We have advised Expand Media, a global leader in portable branding and event solutions,  on its sale to Lifco. 

Expand Media is a global product company that designs and sells high-end, portable branding and event solutions. Headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, with offices across Europe and the US, Expand Media serves a worldwide customer base with its niche products and services. 

Lifco is a Swedish investment company, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. Lifco’s business model focuses on acquiring and developing market-leading niche businesses. Expand Media Group will be integrated into Lifco’s Business Area Systems Solutions, within the Special Products division.
