I am a founder of the Clearwater business and have been involved in M&A for over 35 years. I started in the industry straight from school, qualified as an accountant, and moved to Australia where I gained what felt like 20 years of experience in 5 years (in a good way!) in both M&A and restructuring work. We established Clearwater in 2003 and it's been a privilege to work with an amazing group of people to build the business to where we are today. I’m as excited about the business today as I was 20 years ago.
