I have long-standing experience in M&A advisory, following my graduation, I started my career working for a smaller advisory firm before joining Zetra International AG in 2017. Since 2023, I have been part of the Clearwater team in Switzerland. I have advised on various M&A and capital raising transactions in a broad range of sectors including industrials, medical technology, consumer, media and entertainment, and renewable energy. I have significant expertise in cross-border and carve-out transactions, as well as in growth equity financing rounds. Acting as a sell-side adviser, I have closed transactions with both international strategic buyers and financial investors. I strive for excellence in deal execution, and I am committed to delivering added value for our clients.

I graduated with a master’s degree in economics from the University of Zurich and I am a CFA charterholder.
