I have over 12 years of experience in M&A, private equity, and financial valuation, and I joined Clearwater in 2013. Before that, I worked in private equity at Azulis Capital, focusing on mid‑cap transactions, and in financial valuation at Mazars. I also spent a year in M&A at Canaccord Genuity.

At Clearwater, I specialise in industrials, with a strong focus on aerospace & defence and B2B services.

I graduated from ENSTA ParisTech and ESSEC.
