We have advised Bioline AgroSciences, a leading biological crop protection company, on the acquisition of Viridaxis, a Belgian company specialising in the mass rearing of parasitoids for aphid control.
Founded in 2004, Viridaxis has developed a unique technology to mass-rear aphid parasitoids, enhancing Bioline AgroSciences’ portfolio of innovative biocontrol products and supporting its mission to accelerate the transition to sustainable agriculture.
The acquisition also marks Bioline AgroSciences’ first transaction since joining Eurazeo Planetary Boundaries Fund and its partner Aurae in February 2025, further reinforcing its strategic ambitions in sustainable agriculture.
