The aeronautical equipment manufacturer Latécoère refocused on its core activities by divesting its subsidiary Latécoère Services, a provider of industrial services, to Groupe ADF, which specialises in engineering and industrial maintenance services.
Headquartered in Sainte-Foy-d’Aigrefeuille (near Toulouse, France), Latécoère Services is the industrial services subsidiary of Latécoère, serving the aeronautics (core business), space, defense, energy/nuclear, and transport (automotive and rail) sectors. Latécoère Services offers an integrated service portfolio, ranging from engineering and production chain assistance to metrology through its subsidiary G²METRIC. Primarily based in France, the company also operates in Germany, the UK, Spain, Canada, Israel, and Tunisia, and generated approximately €100m in sales in 2015.
Groupe ADF fully acquired Latécoère Services upon completion of the transaction.
