The award recognises a sustained period of deal activity and consistently strong delivery across the Yorkshire market. Over the past 12 months, the Leeds team has advised on a number of high-profile transactions, supporting both regional businesses and international buyers on strategic outcomes.
Notable deals include advising Airedale Group on its acquisition by Brenntag, supporting ICA Group on joining CERTANIA’s Buildings & Infrastructure segment, and acting for the shareholders of Oakland Group Services Ltd on its sale to Softcat plc. The team has also played a role in a range of landmark Yorkshire transactions, working closely with local businesses and advisers throughout the deal lifecycle.
The recognition comes amid continued growth for Clearwater’s Leeds office, with the team expanding and set to move into a larger space later this year to support its increasing headcount and activity.
