We have advised IVAR, a group active in the design and manufacture of components and systems for heating and plumbing applications, on the sale of its stake in Valmon Stampati S.p.A. (Valmon or the Company) to Angela e Valerio Dall'Era Holding S.r.l. (AVD Holding), the holding company of the Dall’Era family, an existing shareholder of the Company, which will acquire control of it.
Founded in 1996 and based in Longhena (Brescia), at the heart of the Brescia brass-processing district, Valmon specialises in the hot forging of brass and lead-free alloys, as well as subsequent machining operations, primarily serving the heating and plumbing supply chain.
The transaction is part of IVAR’s strategy to focus on its core business and ensures the continuity of supply relationships with Valmon, a long-standing industrial partner of the group.
For the Dall’Era group, acquiring control of Valmon strengthens the vertical integration of its production supply chain and opens a new phase of development for the Company.
