The capital increase aims to support IDNTT’s next phase of growth as the company pursues its development strategy by leveraging technological efficiency, the integration of AI into its processes, the strengthening of its management, and its ability to seize growth opportunities through M&A. The capital increase of up to €5m initiated by IDNTT will help to finance the business plan and consolidate the company’s position as an AI-powered content factory at an international level.
