After a brief corporate experience and upon completing a master's degree in Corporate Finance at SDA Bocconi, I started my professional career in M&A in 2020. Following engagements with two boutique firms in Milan, I hold the position of Senior Associate at Clearwater, where I've been working since mid-2021, and I am deeply involved in M&A transactions encompassing both buy-side and sell-side activities, as well as Debt Advisory services. In my role, I collaborate closely with private equity funds, corporations and entrepreneurs, managing processes, facilitating strategic transactions, and providing tailored financial solutions.
