Founded in 1996, Power Data, a subsidiary of Power Data Holding, is specialised in the wholesale and distribution of high value-added brands and high-tech products in France and Switzerland. It distributes products through a network of major retailers, including Fnac-Darty, Boulanger, Carrefour, and many more.
The acquisition covers X-GEM’s tangible and intangible assets as well as all inventories.
