This transaction will enhance Fortidia’s e-commerce logistics capabilities by integrating Wing’s technology-enabled shipping platform into its broader ecosystem of services for SMEs and online merchants. The combination will allow Fortidia to offer a more comprehensive value proposition across shipping, fulfilment and business solutions, while further strengthening its footprint in France. By joining Fortidia, Wing will benefit from the group’s international reach, and operational expertise to accelerate its growth and support merchants at a larger scale.
