Acadomia is a leading player in the primary, secondary, higher-education, and test-prep tutoring markets, including at-home, centres, and online. The company operates a network of 100 agencies and 20,000 tutors for over 90,000 students.
Shiva is one of the leading and fastest-growing players in the home cleaning market. The company operates through a network of 165 franchised agencies.
In 2017, Domia Group generated c.€150m in sales.
This operation allows IK Investment Partners to acquire the majority shareholding from the historic shareholder, Metric Capital Partners, alongside the founders who include Maxime Aiach, Philippe Coléon, and José Dinis.
IK Investment Partners aims to develop Domia Group, both in the home cleaning market and in primary, secondary, and test-prep tutoring sectors.
