We have advised Florac Investissement on the acquisition of its majority stake in Brico Privé from Ardian Croissance. The founders, Julien Boué and Marc Leverger, are reinvesting in the Company.
Founded in Toulouse in 2012, Brico Privé offers a wide range of professional-quality products at affordable prices. This positioning, coupled with its founders’ significant expertise, has enabled the company to achieve rapid and profitable growth, with revenues increasing fourfold from €28m in 2015 to provisionally €100m in June 2018.
Since 2015, Brico Privé has opened in three international markets this including Spain, Italy, and Portugal, and acquired two companies with complementary activities, Racetools and Noova, in 2017, all the while continuing to grow its core offering.
