Clearwater has advised MBO & Co, an independent facility services provider, on raising a unitranche debt financing for the acquisition of Pinson Paysage, specialists within landscape management and maintenance.
Founded in 2002, MBO & Co are based in Paris, and offer multi-sector investment strategies with a focus on equity and building long-term strategic value for their clients.
Pinson Paysage are owned by the Atalian Servest Group, who are based in Paris, Normandy, and the North of France. Pinson Paysage has generated more than €80m worth of revenue in 2019.
This acquisition will increase MBO&Co’s growth strategy and company awareness within the market.
