Den Sociale Kapitalfond is a Danish private equity fund founded in 2011, with currently six companies in its portfolio, long-term investing in competitive smaller and mid-sized businesses with high potential for growth and a commitment to making a positive impact on society.
Through this new partnership, Den Sociale Kapitalfond will support the continued growth and development of Hansens while further promoting an organic, social, and environmentally sustainable mindset in the industry. The former owners, brothers Anders Eibye Hansen and Rasmus Joakim Eibye, will continue as co-owners in active roles within the business going forward.
