We have advised the owners of Effection A/S on its sale to Stibo Complete Group A/S (Stibo).
Effection is one of Denmark’s leading players in visual communication – physical and digital signage – for retail chains, consumer brands, the entertainment industry, and industrial clients, with a client portfolio that includes blue-chip clients such as Novo Nordisk, B&O, Pandora, L’Oréal, and DSB. Established in 2022 as a merger between BrandFactory Danmark and Damgaard-Jensen, and since 2016, Effection has been a portfolio company of Dansk Ejerkapital.
Stibo is a printing group with operations in Denmark, Sweden, and Germany. The group comprises Stibo Complete, GigantPrint, EversFrank, and Distribution Plus, has a turnover of approximately €260m and employs around 900 people. Stibo is owned by Stibo Holding A/S, with the Stibo Foundation as the ultimate owner.
Together, they are now creating a stronger professional environment with expertise ranging from strategic consultancy and branding to production, logistics, and execution across multiple markets.
