Clearwater has advised PubLove on its new venture with Ei Managed Investments, the Ei Group business which invests alongside industry-leading managed house operators.
London-based PubLove, pub company that combines boutique hostels with historic pubs, operates across five sites, four of which are already leased from the Ei Group.
Established in 2007 by Ben Stackhouse, PubLove’s mission is to safeguard a pub’s future by diversifying and modernising its offer without losing its unique character and soul. ‘Burger Craft’ kitchens and an excellent range of London-focused drinks complete the transformation of the pubs into neighbourhood treasures and hubs of the community.
With the support of Ei Managed Investments, PubLove has ambitious expansion plans. In addition, sites including the White Ferry House in Victoria and the Crown in Battersea will be significantly refurbished.
