Ecclesia Group views the acquisition of BS&F as a strategic and logical step towards its goal of becoming a leading player in financial advisory services for the business and public sectors in the Netherlands. As the largest financial advisor in Germany, the Group is further strengthening its position in the Dutch market. Following the transaction, Ecclesia Group will have approximately 475 employees in the Netherlands, who will continue operating from their established locations in Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Veenendaal, 's-Hertogenbosch, Breukelen, and Zwolle. This acquisition creates a seamless and comprehensive service offering, enabling the Group to better serve and support its clients.
