With over 50 specialised technicians, the company serves private households and provides complex HVAC systems to hospitals, clinics, offices, and production plants.
Greengray Group is a Portuguese industrial holding group that includes companies such as Eurogalva (metal treatment), Steelgalva (metalworks), Turnpage (engineering), Fisola (steel construction), and RUCE (construction), among others.
This acquisition will allow Greengray Group to achieve relevant synergies in its construction segment and accelerate Electroclima’s growth, capitalising on the increasing demand for energy-efficient buildings.
