We have advised Clothing +, a wearable technology company, and its owners on the sale of the company to Jabil, the third largest electronics manufacturing service supplier in the world with over 180,000 employees in 24 countries.
Clothing+ develops and produces textile-integrated wearable biometric sensors for the wearable technology market. The company’s customers include Adidas, Garmin, Under Armour, Salomon, and Philips.
