I joined Clearwater in January 2024, as a PA based in the London office. My role is to provide support to the International COO, Partners, and team members within the consumer team. Prior to this, I was at an international fine jewellery business based in West London, providing support to the Director. Overall, I have over three years of experience as a Private PA, working for a range of high-net-worth individuals. I am pleased to be part of the Clearwater team, taking on the new challenge of working in a corporate environment.

Linus Mellbring

I joined Clearwater during the autumn of 2023 after completing a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology, along with several internships in finance and strategy under my belt. After a shorter period at the Stockholm office, I relocated back to my hometown of Gothenburg to be a part of the Gothenburg office that opened up in the spring of 2024. When I'm not supporting entrepreneurs and company builders in value-creating transaction processes, I enjoy spending time training, watching football, or discovering the best restaurants and coffee shops.

Cameron Hannah

I am an Associate within the M&A team, based in the London office, having initially joined Clearwater with a focus on financial sponsors.

I love being part of strategic discussions with businesses on their growth plans and optimal routes to secure external funding as well as the privilege of advising private equity in their investments into a range of fast-growing founder-owned businesses, including an investment into the renewables energy sector.

Davide Mereghetti

Starting at a top London trading floor, I pioneered the derivatives market. Back in Italy, I took on increasing roles, becoming Head of Investment Banking at UniCredit, where for two decades I led the bank to leadership in M&A and ECM. I assumed the role of Vice President of the Italian branch in February 2024.

Damien Henniger

I joined Clearwater in the Zurich office at the beginning of 2024, bringing valuable experience from the leveraged finance team at Commerzbank, based in London, as well as past experiences at Bloomberg and Chainlink Labs. I earned a master’s degree in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science. 

Outside the office, I enjoy training for triathlons and appreciating well-designed furniture as well as architecture.
