GDL Anläggning & Miljö was previously a business division within the esteemed logistics company GDL, with a history dating back to the 18th century. In 2021, GDL Anläggning & Miljö was spun off into a separate entity and has since achieved solid profit growth under the leadership of a skilled and experienced management team. The company generates over €90m (approximately SEK 1bn) in revenue.
Following a successful transformation of the business, the previous owners sought to divest the business to a buyer capable of further strengthening GDL Anläggning & Miljö’s legacy. The German publicly listed investment firm Mutares acquired the company, bringing professional ownership and extensive experience from other portfolio companies in related sectors.
