We have advised CoreChange Group, a leading IT consultancy, on the sale of three subsidiaries in SAP and BI Consulting to Implema, a key player in information technology and services.

CoreChange Group, a rapidly growing IT consultancy operating in Sweden and Romania, has successfully established a strong position in business systems/BI, cloud services, and management consulting. The company is now taking a strategic step by divesting its business solutions division (SAP and BI) to fully focus on its remaining core areas.

Following the divestment, CoreChange will continue with approximately 130 employees, further strengthening its position as a key player in cloud-based solutions and management consulting.

For Implema, the acquisition entails a major step forward in its growth strategy, reinforcing its position as Sweden’s leading specialist in rapid SAP and Microsoft Dynamics implementations. Through the deal, Implema will welcome over sixty highly skilled consultants with expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fieldglass, SAP Ariba, SAP transformation, and Business Intelligence.

Both Implema and CoreChange’s SAP and BI divisions have experienced a highly successful 2024, marked by strong, profitable growth and several new customer acquisitions. As Sweden’s leading specialist in rapid SAP and Microsoft Dynamics implementations, Implema is now strengthening its market position through this strategic acquisition.

Over the past decade, CoreChange has grown into an organisation with approximately 190 employees across Sweden and Romania. It is with both pride and a sense of nostalgia that we transfer our Business Solution division, including three successful subsidiaries specialising in SAP and BI, which have played a crucial role in our journey. However, we are confident that they will have excellent opportunities for continued growth under their new owner, Implema.
