We have advised KAM Project Consultants (KAM), an independent consultancy specialising in project management and construction cost consulting, on its sale to NorthEdge-backed Contollo Group (Contollo), a building consultancy that enables clients to achieve net-zero. 

Founded in 2013 by Kevin Sims and Mike Wilcock, KAM has built a strong reputation in the industrial and logistics sector, delivering expert project and cost management services from six UK offices and a German base. 

Contollo is a progressive new consultancy that works with commercial developers to offer consulting services in Cost Management and MEP, with particular expertise in smart buildings.

The acquisition significantly strengthens Contollo's core project and cost management offering, complementing its inaugural acquisition, Abacus. Contollo Group has expanded its project and cost management capabilities with the acquisition of KAM , marking its fifth strategic acquisition in just 13 months following the purchase of Abacus, MBA, TACE and ESP.
