Through a long series of successful acquisitions, No Dig Alliance has consolidated the Nordic market for trenchless pipe services. Now, a new chapter begins with Ambienta, a private equity investor with a pan-European presence and deep expertise in sustainability-focused businesses, becoming the new majority shareholder.
With this acquisition, Ambienta gains access to a strong platform in trenchless technology, an area experiencing rapid growth, driven by increasing sustainability demands and the significant need for underground infrastructure renovation across Europe.
