We have advised Humana, the leading Nordic care company based in Sweden, in its expansion to Finland through the acquisition of the leading Finnish psychosocial care provider Arjessa from funds managed by Sentica Partners and private owners. The enterprise value of the transaction was €32m. Together, Arjessa and Humana will form the leading Nordic provider within individual and family care.

Humana is listed on the Nasdaq OMX Stockholm stock exchange and its market cap is approximately €400m.
