I am a member of the M&A team at Clearwater, based in our London office, having come from a background in audit and accountancy. During my time at Clearwater, I've had the opportunity to advise on transactions involving owner-managers and private equity across multiple sectors. The aspect that I enjoy the most is gaining exposure to ambitious and talented management teams, and collaborating with them to realise value on exit.
