I have over 18 years of international M&A experience, supporting entrepreneurs, financial sponsors, and corporates in numerous sectors. My expertise encompasses cross-border sell-side and buy-side advisory, and corporate carve-outs. I thoroughly enjoy guiding our clients through every stage of the transaction process, offering hands-on support and tailor-made solutions to help realize their strategic objectives.
Before joining Clearwater, I was Director at KPMG Corporate Finance, leading the Industrials sector team. My M&A experience also includes roles at ING and Deloitte in Amsterdam and Dubai (covering the MENA region). I hold a master’s degree in Financial Management from Nyenrode University.
