I am currently a Director within the Business Services team, advising on a wide range of sell-side and buy-side transactions for private equity and founder-owned businesses. I joined Clearwater in September 2023, after spending over eight years working for GCA Altium, which recently became Houlihan Lokey. I have a strong interest in all aspects of Business Services and in particular, lead our focus on the Transportation & Logistics sector.
