Over the course of my professional experience, I have been involved in buy-side and sell-side mandates in various roles, particularly in succession solutions for founder-led companies. My objective is to advise our clients on complex transactions to achieve the best possible value creation.

Previously, I worked in M&A at Stifel in Munich and PwC in Zurich, as well as in private equity at Ufenau Capital Partners.

I hold a Master’s degree in banking and finance from the University of St. Gallen and a Bachelor’s degree in banking and finance from the University of Zurich.
