Founded in 2019, ELTO France was established as a joint venture between Renault Group and Solstyce. Its services are marketed under the Mobilize Power Solutions brand.
Based in France, the company employs 62 people and generated €25m in turnover in 2025. It operates across both B2B and B2B2C markets, serving light and heavy-duty vehicles alike and overseeing 5,500 charging points.
Sogetrel has been a leading player in digital infrastructure and the energy transition for 40 years.
By integrating ELTO France’s expertise and customer portfolio, Sogetrel aims to provide businesses and local authorities with a single point of contact for managing their charging infrastructure, from design and installation through to operation.
For Sogetrel, the acquisition represents a significant growth move in electric mobility.
