This acquisition marks an exciting step forward for our Defined Return Fund proposition. We are now able to provide financial advisers with two robust, UCITS regulated, defined return fund solutions. Importantly, there will be no changes to the Levendi Defined Return Fund so investors can be assured that it will continue to be managed by the same experienced team, now further supported by the depth and expertise of our wider organisation.
