We have advised Spanish Point Technologies, a leading Microsoft and Databricks cloud specialist, on a strategic investment from Apiary Capital.

Headquartered in Dublin, Spanish Point Technologies is a fast-growing Microsoft services partner, helping organisations to modernise and scale complex cloud-based platforms. The company has built a differentiated position through its deep engineering expertise and strong focus on data and AI solutions, earning recognition as an Azure Expert Managed Services Provider.

The investment will support the continued development of Spanish Point Technologies’ portfolio of enterprise software products, including Matching Engine, a cloud-native solution supporting the collection and distribution of royalties for international Collective Management Organisations.

Apiary Capital will also support the management team in further investing in people and technology, while exploring potential acquisitions across Ireland and the UK to accelerate the company’s international expansion.

The transaction marks a significant milestone in the continued growth of Spanish Point Technologies, supporting the expansion of its product capabilities and international footprint.
