We have advised the owners of Point Group Oy on the sale of 100% of its shares to Arkance, a subsidiary of French Groupe Monnoyeur.

Point Group is a leading Finnish player in the digitalisation of civil engineering and infrastructure construction. Point acts as a value-added reseller (VAR) for Trimble and Autodesk BIM/CAD products and combines them with its software products as well as extensive consulting services. The company was owned by the employees and Ramboll.

Through the acquisition, Groupe Monnoyeur completes its portfolio of solutions and strengthens its dominant position in the distribution of CAD and BIM technologies in Europe.
