I joined Clearwater in 2025 as Director. Before this, I spent a number of years at the PwC Corporate Finance - M&A team in both the Netherlands and Australia. During my career, I have mainly advised entrepreneurs and family businesses on domestic and cross-border sell-side transactions to private equity investors. I have also completed various buy-side engagements, business enterprise valuations, restructuring cases and financial and operational due diligence assignments. I enjoy building trusted relationships with entrepreneurs and clients, and it brings me great energy and satisfaction to work together towards achieving great outcomes for all stakeholders.
