As a member of the German management team, I am responsible for the Energy & Utilities division at Clearwater together with my partner colleague Dierk Rottmann. The energy industry has been a constant part of my career, during which I have been involved in a large number of transactions on both the buy and sell side, IPOs and capital increases. As the former Head of M&A of a listed energy company, I know first-hand the challenges of the energy transition. Before joining Clearwater, I worked for Dresdner Kleinwort, KPMG, and MVV Energie AG. I am not only an enthusiastic Vespa rider but also enjoy travelling around Frankfurt on my gravel bike and spending time with my wife and children.
