(Tendero), a premium rigid boxes manufacturing company, mainly for the cosmetics and fashion industries, and Logisten Servicio de Logística, S.L (Logisten), a warehousing and goods storage company, on its sale to Group Autajon (Autajon), a global manufacturer of folding cartons, labels, set-up boxes, and Point of Sale for various sectors.
Founded in 1923, Tendero, based in Alicante, Spain specialises in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of premium rigid cases and boxes for the cosmetics and perfumery, footwear, textile, and gourmet sectors in Spain and France, among other countries. Logisten was founded in 2018, and is also located in Alicante, Spain. The company is dedicated to the storage of raw materials and finished goods.
Based in Montélimar, France, Autajon is one of the main European leaders in the set-up boxes, packaging, and labelling industries for perfumes and cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, wine and spirits, as well as confectionery and food specialties markets. The group is highly consolidated in Europe, the US, and Asia.
