Clearwater has advised the shareholders of IT Forum Gruppen, a Danish provider of hosting and IT outsourcing services for small to medium businesses, on the Danish private equity firm VIA equity’s investment in IT Forum Gruppen. Jesper Skov Jørgensen, the current shareholder and CEO of IT Forum Gruppen, maintains a substantial share going forward.

Since its establishment, IT Forum Gruppen has accomplished impressive acquisitive and organic growth and has proven a high recurring revenue, which has been achieved through long-lasting customer relations and retention. With its approximately 50 employees in Aarhus, Odense, and Ballerup, proximity and flexibility are of the highest priority in the dialogue with customers.

VIA equity is a leading Danish private equity firm focusing on TMT/ICT and service companies. Following the transaction, VIA equity will work actively with the management of IT Forum Gruppen to further develop the company. Via equity invests in IT Forum Gruppen with great expectations to exploit IT Forum Gruppen’s unique platform to achieve acquisitive and organic growth in the Danish market for IT sourcing.
