We have advised R+S Group GmbH (R+S Group), a leading provider of sustainable building services, on the sale of Rübsam Group (Rübsam), a specialised temporary employment company, to Haspa Beteiligungsgesellschaft für den Mittelstand mbH (Haspa BGM) and the Rübsam management team.
Founded 35 years ago, Rübsam Group, comprising Rübsam Fachkräfte GmbH & Co. KG and Weiterbildung für Zukunft GmbH & Co. KG (training centre), is a premium personnel service provider. It supplies technically qualified temporary staff, primarily to clients in the building services, HVAC, and industrial sectors. One of Rübsam's key strengths is its affiliated training centre, which enables the company to train and develop temporary workers to meet specific customer needs and address the industry’s growing shortage of skilled labour, differentiating itself from competitors.
Haspa BGM's investment provides Rübsam's management team with diverse support and the financial resources to further develop and expand its proven business model. Together, they will continue Rübsam's growth trajectory and significantly expand the group over the coming years through both organic growth and acquisitions.
