HT BENDIX A/S has strong expertise as a sourcing partner in the furniture and fittings industries, supplying more than 10,000 different articles. The company offers high-quality service and customised solutions through strong collaborations with both client and suppliers. HT BENDIX A/S was founded in 1975 in Denmark and now has over 80 employees at its head office and main operations site in Herning, Denmark. The company generates annual sales of approximately €45m in Denmark, Germany, the UK, France, Poland and the Baltics, and has achieved continuous and profitable growth since the company was acquired by management and Industri Udvikling in 2012.

Bufab Group is a global full-service solution supply chain partner, with operations in 29 countries and more than 1,300 employees. The acquisition of HT BENDIX A/S is a good match for Bufab Group’s existing business in the Nordics, ensuring attractive growth synergies for both companies.
