We have advised Comby, a leading managed services supplier, on the sale to IT and tech investment company Hawk Infinity.

Founded in 2002 and specialising in managed services and IT outsourcing, Comby is a market leader in Greenland with headquarters in Nuuk, serving both public and private clients. In recent years, Comby has expanded to Denmark and now supports more than 6,000 users across the two locations.

Hawk Infinity is a Norwegian investment company focused on IT and software companies in Scandinavia. Operating with a long-term investment strategy, Hawk Infinity ensures that the existing management continues to drive the business while providing support and guidance in the new partnership.

This acquisition will enable Hawk Infinity to expand to the Greenlandic market, while Comby will benefit from Hawk Infinity’s extensive industry experience and support its existing strategy.
