Clearwater Denmark acted as financial adviser to Mouseflow, a leading global Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) web analytics company, on its sale to the private equity fund Offspring Capital.
Mouseflow specialises in qualitative analytics, such as session replay and heatmaps, allowing clients to replay the full visitor experience to identify pain points, optimise customer journeys and boost conversions.
With local presence in Denmark, the US, Germany, and the UK, the company has more than 50,000 active installations in 86 countries worldwide, and caters for both small and medium-size businesses (SMBs) and the enterprise segment. The company has shown impressive growth rates with 69% net revenue CAGR from 2015-2017.
Offspring Capital is a private equity fund established by five entrepreneurs investing in SMBs, with a focus on technology companies, or those which use technology in connection with new strategy and overall growth.
