I have spent my entire career in M&A, advising founders and business owners, corporates and private equity sponsors on sell- and buy-side transactions as well as growth financings across the DACH region and beyond. Over the last 14 years, I have completed more than 45 transactions, with a primary focus on consumer, digital media and software/technology.

I joined Clearwater in Switzerland as a Partner in 2026. Prior to that, I spent more than 11 years at the global investment banks GCA Altium and later Houlihan Lokey, before founding and running my own advisory boutique for over two years. I continue to build on this successful entrepreneurial foundation at Clearwater.

I hold a Master's degree in Management from the University of Mannheim.

Outside of work, I am a keen sports enthusiast.
