Zack, based in Manchester and part of the Industrials team, has played a pivotal role in several major transactions, including the sale of specialist power connections provider JSM Group to TowerBrook Capital Partners and the sale of technical engineering specialist BGEN Group to CVC-backed M Group Services. With eight years at Clearwater, Zack has been instrumental in delivering exceptional results for clients across the sector.
Mark, a key member of our Business Services team in London, has been integral to high-profile transactions such as the sale of HSL Compliance, a leading water compliance specialist, to IK Partners, and the sale of Lomond, a leading lettings and estate agent platform, to ICG. Having been with Clearwater for over a decade, Mark has built strong client relationships and helped drive our success in the sector.
