We are pleased to welcome Romain Domange to our partnership team in Paris. Romain will play a pivotal role in strengthening our deal origination efforts and expanding our advisory capabilities in France and Belgium.
Romain brings over two decades of hands-on M&A and corporate finance experience, having notably held senior positions within HSBC’s French investment banking division. Throughout his career, he has guided clients through every stage of advisory and capital markets transactions, often in a cross-border context. His sector expertise spans B2B services, consumer & retail, as well as infrastructure.
With his extensive experience and access to a broad network of corporates and investors, Romain will be instrumental in driving Clearwater’s growth and development in the region. He will enable us to deliver even more tailored support to clients across France and Belgium and help us leverage our unparalleled international footprint, bringing differentiated strategic capabilities to our deals.
