The Clearwater team has advised ORS Group on its sale of OSP, a specialised provider of staffing agency services.
The G&P Group acquired OSP from the Zurich-based ORS Group. OSP offers domestic and foreign tour operators economically optimised complete or partial solutions for their tour guides. G&P Group employs around 1,800 employees in the management of cruise ships as well as in consulting and the management of catering and hotel operations in Switzerland.
