Vefi is an established and leading manufacturer of thermoformed and injection-moulded packaging and growing solutions for professional growers, wholesalers and players in the green sector. The company has a particularly strong position in hydroponic cultivation, hobby cultivation and efficient cultivation systems for commercial production. Its product range includes seed trays, cultivation and transport trays, pots, plug trays, protective sleeves and packaging adapted for fruit, berries and mushrooms.
With over 400 active customers, from commercial growers and berry farmers to Nordic wholesalers and retail chains, Vefi has built its strong market position through long-term customer relationships, high flexibility in production and the ability to deliver both standardised and customised solutions. The company has production in Poland and distribution and customer support in the Nordic region, providing a strong platform for continued growth.
The sale to Firmum marks the beginning of a new chapter in Vefi's development. Demand for sustainable, efficient and user-friendly cultivation and packaging solutions is growing rapidly, especially in hydroponics and urban farming, segments in which Vefi is already well positioned.
