Clearwater has advised Libratone A/S (Libratone) on the sale of assets to a consortium of investors in China. Libratone is a lifestyle audio brand specialising in sales of wireless portable speakers and in-ear headsets across the globe.
Libratone was declared insolvent by the former owners and the transaction was orchestrated by the trustee as part of a rescue. Hired by the trustee, Clearwater helped secure the future of the business by assisting in an accelerated sale process accommodated to the special situation of the business.
